### How to Deploy 1. Download and extract the package zip file. 2. Right-click the executable or script and select "Run as Administrator". 3. Enter your performance tier choice (1, 2, or 3) in the terminal. 4. Let the script finish its work, then restart your PC to apply all kernel adjustments.
